TERMS/ SALES AGREEMENT:
Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchased item price, not including shipping and handling. Non-Defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If an item is opened and it is damaged or defective, you may return it and we will gladly exchange the defective item. All products hygienic (items cleaning, removing, or involved with skin or hair) are not able to be returned due to health issues. We do not refund return shipping costs. However, the cost of re-shipping an item that has been returned defective will be at our expense. Make sure to call our customer service department before returning an item so you can be assigned a return authorization number. Please include this RA# with your return. Send all returns via a shipping method that can be tracked (FedEx or UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with a delivery receipt).
Personal use items and consumable items are considered final sale items and are non refundable for health code reasons but we will exchange defective ones.
Media type items (books, cassettes, CD, DVD and VHS) are also non refundable.
All Non-Defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the time of order unless the item is "back-ordered" as indicated in the item description. Media type items, such as music or video must allow up to 3 weeks for delivery (Does not take this long usually).
We take great care to ensure your merchandise arrives safely at its destination. Our shipping and handling charges help defray the costs of processing your order, packing the merchandise, shipping materials and postage required to transport your items safely from our facility to your door.
